Fees and Reservations

                   

  Fees are subject to change and do not reflect applicable taxes.

2 night minimum stay
 

 Whole house (2,163 sq. ft.: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, furnished kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room, laundry room)

                         $225/night
                         $950/week

Don't need the whole house or the whole week?  Contact me with your specific needs. 


(During the Maple Festival, this facility is rented by the whole house, two night minimum)

A refundable excess cleaning/damage fee of $50 is due at time of final payment

A $100 reservation fee is required seven days after tenant has indicated the intent to rent the house.  The total rental fee including tax and the $50 refundable excess cleaning/damage fee are due two weeks before the first day of the rental period.

Cancellation policy:  The full $100 reservation fee will be refunded if cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.  Check-in/check-out times are negotiable depending upon nonconsecutive bookings.
